Shipping Policy

Effective date: 21 October 2026

Enjoy free, fast worldwide shipping from South Korea, with delivery averaging 1–2 days after dispatch. We cover the shipping charges and all fees associated with your shipment, including customs duties, import taxes and carrier fees.

Find your country or territory in the A–Z shipping guide for free shipping and average delivery times.

1. Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are prepared in South Korea within one business day before being handed to the carrier. Average delivery takes 1–2 days after dispatch. The preparation period comes before the delivery estimate.

Delivery estimates are not a guaranteed arrival date for every address. Customs processing, carrier conditions and the destination can affect timing. Contact us if you need an update about your order or a specific destination.

2. Worldwide delivery and carriers

We ship to countries worldwide. Our selected carriers include DHL and FedEx. Provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact details so the carrier can reach you where needed.

3. Shipping costs, customs and other fees

Shipping is free, and we pay all shipment-related fees, including customs duties, import taxes and carrier charges. If a carrier or customs authority asks you to pay a charge associated with your shipment, contact us so we can arrange payment or reimbursement. These shipment fees are our responsibility.

4. Tracking and delivery support

For tracking information or a delivery update, email info@medicube-global.com with your order number or the email used for your purchase. We can help locate the shipment and explain its current status.

5. Delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect shipments

If your shipment is delayed or missing, contact us for help. We offer a refund or a new shipment to resolve delivery problems. If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, you may also choose a refund or replacement.

No return, photographs, inspection or formal claim form are required. We issue refunds within one business day of your request to the original payment method, such as your card or PayPal account; the time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. We cover shipping and shipment-related fees for replacements and reshipments.

6. Address changes, cancellations and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your address. You may cancel within two days of placing your order; contacting us before dispatch helps us stop the shipment. If it has already been dispatched, contact us for help. Our 60-day refund and exchange policy remains available without requiring a product return.

Read our Refund and Returns Policy for the full terms, including opened or used products, individual bundle items, shipping and customs reimbursement, and the two-year store warranty for devices. These policies do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
